travelled with my family (husband and 3 kids) we thought it's cheap that's why we grabbed the deal and booked for 2 weeks and paid in full. on our first night, i noticed my son was scratching all over his body. the next day, we woke up with big, hard reddish bed bites! my husband on his toes and neck, my 11 year old son on his face and back, my 3 year old daughter on her shoulders and legs. we informed the management we asked we want to leave and refund our money but the girl (a student who's managing the place) (yes, they hired an international east student who has no proper knowledge and education of how to run a hotel) (not even picking up phone calls which she's supposed to 24/7 for emergency purposes at least pick up calls) (her excuse, she has class the next day) (terrible, just terrible!) said there's no refund after checking in. my husband and i told her that we can't stay there and grow more bed bites all over our body. the girl became ballistic and slam the door on my face i had to call the cops on her. the police officers ordered her to refund our money (based on a case-to-case basis which involves our health and my kid's safety) i wanted to press charges but it's going to just waste my time. we had our money refunded anyways. i want to impart this experience to all the moms and dads out there.. please do not fall on "cheap deals" especially in this place. OVERALL, IT WAS A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

The owner (and employees) have absolutely no respect for the guests! It's a horrible place.
