If convenience is your priority,this is a good choice. It is close to excellent bus routes. It is close to a big grocery store, lots of restaurants and interesting shops.. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe.However if cleanliness is a priority,this is NOT the place for you. The walls and floors are filthy. I would recommend using a disinfectant spray on the phone,tub,fixtures,etc.
