I unfortunately required the support of a highly skilled, well versed, effective, confident attorney. I was severely injured while working for a mega healthcare corporation. The organization was trying to intimidate me and refusing basic access to necessary care. I am so blessed that Christian Ayers was the attorney I selected. He believed me. I can’t find words to express how much that meant when the mega organization did not. Then Mr. Ayers took on this organization, got me the MRI needed to prove the severity of the injuries I was reporting. Then he was able to get me the surgery needed to restore some use of my limb. All the while, he has patiently communicated to me in language I understand what is happening, what to expect and even helped me through an intense court appearance where my employer’s attorney attempted to shred me on the stand. When I was a nurse, I was the nurse you wanted because I was passionate about serving my patients, that made me an expert in my field. I can say from personal experience that he has the same passion about serving his community that makes Christian Ayers an expert in his field. He is kind, honest, trustworthy, gentle, humble, skilled and exceedingly knowlegeable in the area of the rights of the worker severely injured though no fault of their own at work. Now that he won my case over the mega organization, I appreciate consistency in my care as he graciously agreed to handle my disability case. I rest easy knowing the kind of support and coaching I will get as I navigate the complex disability process. If you were truly injured at work through no negligence of your own I would strongly recommend you consult Christian Ayers before signing on with another legal team or signing off on your rights with your employer. Please, learn from my mistakes as well, if you are severely injured, call him early. Honestly, even if your employer acknowledges
the injury, still call him because things change, management changes, and the organization’s primary concern is the financial well being of the organization, not the care and healing of the employee. Sadly, we are expendable / replaceable. Our employers do not want us to know our rights. Having an experienced WC attorney immediately levels the field. So fill out an incident report, notify your direct supervisor and then call Mr. Ayers.

Our daughter has a rare form of cancer and we have just gone through the application process for SSA and disability benefits. We met with Mr. Christian Ayers at his office and we were impressed with Mr. Ayer’s knowledge and understanding of the situation. He was straightforward and helpful in our conversation and made me feel that he would be very capable of helping.
I most certainly recommend Mr. Ayers and I am happy for the help.
