PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW

Man named Ray came to my home to repair a furnace that was flooded from humidifier supply water line was set to high and burners wouldn't ignite from water flowing to innards. Highly knowledgeable and professional. I believe the problem is solved.
Thanks Ray. Clearly your a Pro
Thank you for recognizing Ray in the 1st part of my review. The 2nd part of the review is your plumbers Steffan and Harold. They cut a hole in my bathroom wall big enough for me ( a 6'5" old man ) to crawl thru into the next room. Video attached. I told your sub-contracted team of plumbers the access panel is in the closet with an access panel. Steffan insisted I was wrong and that the pipes made a left turn at the access panel 5 feet into the bathroom wall. Are your plumbers ( blazing before and during their parts runs) I don't know, could have been my neighbors firing up fatties at the exact times your plumbers arrived and returned?
I don't know if they hung the pipes in the crawl space correctly, unfortunately the access panel is not as big as the unnecessary hole they cut in my bathroom wall. ( city inspector will review)
Also, I did my best to stop them from rushing out the door with multiple problems remaining, but in their haste they forgot to connect the hose to utility tub and I discovered that after running a load of laundry flooding with 45 gallons of water that seeped into the crawl space and lifted the tiles in the laundry room creating a mold issue. Now I'm sure you're aware what mold does to the respiratory system and it is especially impactful to me because besides serious heart issues I have lung cancer.
Battling cancer and the issues that come with Chemo and radiation it is inhumane to create mold in my home and do nothing.
Then Seffan and Harold turned the new line that goes to humidifier above the furnace on full blast and filled my 11 month old furnace with water over flowing onto the floor for round 2 of the Haeney Tsunami when I woke up the next morning..
It's been a week and you have done nothing. Not even a call.
DO BETTER>
For that reason I must change my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. I was going to give you 1 star except Ray was great and if you do nothing, you're not nice.
This was a WRAP program job. You were able to charge WRAP $11,700 for a five grand job. The least you could do is bring out some fans. and fix what mold is being born.
If you do nothing I hope you do not receive anymore of their WRAP contract work.
The man that arranged your company ( Salvator ) w WRAP probably doesn't know that you sub out all your work but we did discuss holding payment on this job until A satisfactory repair is made to my home and since you refuse address the issue you created, they can pay another company to correct your issues and subtract those costs from funds.
Which seems fair.
I hope the man in your office named Bill isn't a Decision maker because I talked to him twice and not only is it difficult for him to spit out a hello, his voice tells me he could care-less about anything more then his lunch hours.
Clearly Ray deserves 5 stars but I have to lower my review to 2 stars for not showing the slightest concern of the people ( me ) that you hurt or Kill.
Please advise. By phone.
I have attached photos and videos for your convenience.

Thank you in advance for your immediate attention or at least call Salvator with WRAP.

Had Heaney Plumbing and heating put to repair my mom’s place in Harrison township, they were amazing. On time explained everything to me and my mom! I would definitely recommend them.

Furnace upkeep and maintenance. Was hearing a bomb sound and one other company couldn’t figure out the problem. They stayed working the furnace until they heard the sound I was hearing at least 5 times a day and resolved the issue. Happy!

Brian the plumber, outstanding work and explaining the work that needed to be performed detailed. A basement toilet in a vanity sink. He really knows his stuff and very clean as he goes with the old debris. With fair price labor and material. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. It was a pleasure doing business with them as well as Brian the plumber. I just added the stand-up shower kit in my basement the shower came in a kit form. Brian the plumber came out. And explained everything that needed to be done for the shower to be installed now as well as gave me a fair price on labor and material. Once again he did an outstanding job and installing this the basement no frills shower that I ordered in kit form.

Their A team is good. B team isnt great. I was told Cecil was let go due to him flooding my basement , if he is still around and he arrives at your house dont let him work on your water, call a new plumber or request a different one from heaney. The two guys who actually got the job done were younger and very professional and friendly.
