For the last 3 years we have worked with Brian and he has been absolutely amazing! He's super great at going through each of the different options for each of my employees and for myself. He came in today to renew policies in each of us did renew and in fact even added more because of his great knowledge and great skill. The group here is so great, but a real standout person that they have on their team is Brooklyn. She always makes sure that the team has what they need. She's so encouraging to all of the agents not only in person on Mondays but also through their group chat. She has such a bright spirit and is such a welcoming person to walk into the office and represent the agency. She definitely keeps the wheels turning and seems passionate about the success of her team. Personally, she has been so encouraging through my testing process, making sure I don't lose momentum, giving me tips and tricks on how to pass, which was very helpful to keep my spirits up. She is extremely friendly and easy to get along with and is always diligently working. This office is lucky to have her.
