Simply the best, called twice in the last month for two different homes and they were there in a flash both times, both times fixed the problems quickly and efficiently.

I had a new heat pump installed by JCD refrigeration on Jan 19, 2018. I started having problems right away with the heat pump communication with the dual energy oil furnace. The heat pump did not know when to switch over to oil at minus 13. This was never an issue with my previous heat pump. I called JCD and they said as long as the heat pump is working it is not their problem. I called several other companies’ and no one could figure it out. I finally fell upon Daniel Thériault refrigeration. They told me the installation was sloppy and that the power supply to the heat pump should be in my electrical panel and not the furnace. I should fix this first and then they would come and run diagnostics. JCD told me they followed the previous installation that unbeknownst to me was wrong. Once I upgraded my electrical panel and changed the power supply to the panel J P Thériault came and fixed the problem with a few adjustments. One year and 3 weeks after the initial installation by JCD the breaker kept tripping. I called JCD and 6 days later still had not heard from them. J P Thériault came by and told me an exterior wire was damaged and to call JCD for my warranty. JCD told me I was not on warranty and to get an electrician, it was not there problem. Needless to say they are a terrible company and have no customer relations what so ever. If anything goes wrong it is never their problem. Stay away, they are very dishonest and I regret having given them my business. Josee Millichamp

Bothe my attempts to contact this company were unsucessful. The person who answered the phone told me I had the right company, but the wrong name of the person I was trying to reach then hung up on me. I guess they really don't need my business. Fortunately for me that are others who do.
