Tara has been teaching Yoga for over 25 years and is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher(CIYT) as well as a certified Yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapist (IAYT). She has traveled to northern and southern India to study yoga and attended the Iyengar institute in Pune several times. Tara’s teaching style is knowledgeable, patient, firm, challenging and kind. She teaches all ages and abilities, especially those suffering from overall stiffness and other physical imbalances. She enjoys teaching small semi-private classes, because of the individual challenges and solutions that arise during the class.
