This place was awful....I was attending SIAST for two months and phoned quite awhile in advance and was given a price per month for the two months. Less than two weeks after being in the freezing cold place they upped the rent by quite a large amount. So large I had to find another place to stay...do not trust the rate they give you...They never did any cleaning in my room. They stole the bottles I was keeping to recycle in the closet..they couldn't take out the garbage or make the bed but for some reason they could rifle through all the cupboards...hmmmm...They were miserable and unaccomodating...chose the Prairie Oasis instead.
