Ian came quickly when I called and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He was able to schedule me in, in a timely manner. He was very easy to deal with and communicated regularly about what was being done to my house. The team did a good job of both the work that needed to be done and the cleanup afterwards. I was extremely satisfied with the job that was done, and would highly recommend Ground Down Foundation Repair.

Had a basement wall cracks repaired and insulated. They did good work and the price was reasonable. A bit more than I thought but ok. Didn't appreciate being yelled at by the foreman for asking a question to apparently the wrong person. I'd asked one of the workers unknowingly. Also they broke 3 cement blocks when relaying my sidewalk. Said they'd come back to replace them but never did.

We had 3 quotes done from 3 different companies, and his price was very competitive.

Job took only 3 days like he said it would.

Did a great job with everything cleaned up well.

It seems to me that the least a company can do is respond to a request for an estimate. I've left three online inquiries and several voice messages over several weeks and have not received so much as a "sorry we're too busy" reply. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
