I could not recommend Stanford Couples Counseling enough. Despite their name, they provide incredible individual therapy as well. My therapist, Dr Moore has been amazing over the last almost 2 years I have been seeing her. She has absolutely changed my life for the better and I will continue seeing her for as long as possible!

My first experience in a couples session with Megan Pardy was my husband berating me for half an hour until the end of the session when Megan asked me if I was safe. Our situation at that time was that I had moved out due to concern for my mental well being after ongoing verbal abuse from my spouse. We did not reconcile.

My husband and I attend to couples therapy with Ray Myers once a week. Ray has been an amazing therapist who truly cares about Lis patients, he remembers details and tries to get to the bottom of things and also educate us. He has helped us tremendously, my husband is not an easy person when it comes to communicating feelings, but with Ray it just happens easily. Thank you so much for all you do.

I was recommended Stanford Couples Counseling through a friend, specifically Ingrid Kepinski. I’m very glad that I opted to go with Ingrid, she is very straightforward with me about anything & everything we discuss. She gives great perspective on all points of view so that I can understand why. I’ve been going since roughly November, if not before then. I’ve unpacked a lot with her and it’s been great! I look forward to my sessions with her because I always leave with some weight lifted off of my shoulders. I go for family issues and relationship issues, I’ve learned a lot about myself in both aspects. For that, I will continue to go until I’m a better communicator with everyone around me. If you’re looking for a counselor/therapist that will shoot you straight from the beginning, Ingrid is for you!
