Very disappointed in the overall service, attitude and general morale at the Richmond Centre BC store.
I was ignored for over 5 minutes and the young female staff were talking on their cell phones, and not interested in customer service.
The older lady ( maybe the manager) not sure, seemed to be occupied with putting a pot on the shelf and not assisting customers.
I really like the products that Benix have in their stores.
It is unfortunate that through poor customer service that the sales have suffered and Benix Richmond Centre is now closing.
It is too bad that this has happened.
