Went here Monday, August 24 around noon when it was almost 100° outside. Inside felt like a sauna because the AC was either off or not working. A few customers mentioned it to the manager, but it was still extremely hot, so I left.
I gave it another try today, August 28, and it was still just as hot the moment I walked in. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Hopefully they fix the AC soon.

I didn't realize the lobby closed at 9:00 PM, but the lobby door was still unlocked, so I walked in to pick up my online order. Instead of simply handing me the order that was already sitting right in front of them, they rushed me out and told me to go through the drive-thru. If the lobby was closed, the door should have been locked. It would have taken less time to hand me my order than to send me back outside. The customer service was disappointing.

We don’t have a kitchen right now so we’re eating out every night. I wanted something healthy and inoffensive and thought to try el pollo loco. Idk why I hadn’t been here before but we got original bowls and they were pretty tasty! I don’t usually write reviews for fast food places but I went out of my way to go to this one because it had 4 stars 😂 The staff was super nice and gave me some extra salsa to try. I feel like good customer service is a rarity these days so I had to review! Will def keep this as a healthy and quick option.

I did not get my Guacamole I was
charged for on the app.
They tried to tell me my order was under a different name ??? No I have the app n email n recept. It's in my name Did they give it to someone else ??? Shrimp Taco was just shrimp n Lettuce I did not get the Lime wedge they usually wrap in with the Tacos.... I need a Refund or a Credit on my account
You can see no Guacamole in it or a separate contain as I paid . 99 CENTS for it should be a Side Container...???
