The machines just slow the customers down. Whenever the manager or a staff member takes the order, the food comes out faster and customers leave sooner; the machines just waste the workers' time.

First time at this place
I did drive thru and asked for the three sauces and all I got was a green sauce. It seems that the person answering at the order does not care about this place.
I have been to many other locations and have never been disappointed.
I definitely will not be coming here, besides the new chicken tenders that I had were the worst and dry that I had to throw them in the trash at my home
If anyone wants to try them, please let me know if at anytime they will get better

I frequent a different location near my work and get the same thing regularly and it’s usually delicious. We had this location tonight for dinner and were very disappointed. My tostada shell was over fried and the oil on it tasted old like it was dirty. They didn’t add any of the sauces or spices that make this item Baja flavor. The sides of our family meal flour tortillas were crunchy and my son’s churros were soggy cold and filled with oil. This dinner was expensive and was basically trashed. I would’ve returned this meal but we had it doordashed and it shouldn’t be DoorDash or the driver’s responsibility to refund.

This is the 2nd time I have been to this location where the service is just not it. Staff not attentive to the guests coming in the door or taking orders in a timely manner. Yesterday's visit was especially egregious as not only did I wait 15 minutes past my order ready time, items were forgotten the food was made poorly. Also wanted to mention the staff closed their dining room nearly an hour early (8pm) which is absurd while there are guests still inside or trying to come in and order to avoid the long drive thru line.

This is my second time ordering this item off of the menu. They don't give you double meat or shrimp they barely give you your first serving. Then give tou half of a half of avocado that the don't really cut they just plop the chuck on the your salad with unappealing lettuce. My advice is to go to another location or not order the over priced and highly disappointing salad or tostadas.
