There was only one kiosk working, and when I went to the register to order, the guy told me he couldn’t help me because he couldn’t take my order. The guy was rushing us to be done with our order, kept saying is that all, is that all. Like no, it isn’t all. We are clearly still ordering. The sides that I had ordered also were so small, the sour cream was just not even filling the cup at all, and it just looked like one shot, which if I am paying 2 dollars for each side, at least fill it more. Never again will I ever eat here.

This is the first time I’ve come to eat at El Pollo Loco. Look, the mistake was thinking that since the roast chicken was good, this one would be as well. This is the first time I’ve come to eat while hungry, and the food tastes so bad. Honestly, the cook deserves a prize, because not just anyone can make something this awful. The chicken, besides being tiny, was dry, salty, and burnt. The salad was inedible, the rice was oily and mistreated, and they definitely weren’t worth the 13 dollars I paid. The worst investment of my life. Pollo, the one and only, El Campero.

Ordered the pollo bowl no chicken…. Smallest servings ever. Never got a bowl where off the bag you couldn’t tell there was rice. Every other place is not as stingy on the serving. Becoming a chipotle but even they please the eater a bit. Girl looked like she didn’t want to hear a remark so just left it as is.. just so far won’t come back to this w. Chapman location for sure.

I placed a mobile order for 2 bowls.. no cilantro no onions because I’m allergic and I got extra cilantro and onions.. smh make sure you sit in the drive thru and double check your orders before you pull away.. because they are incompetent and cannot read mobile orders. My meal is ruined and had to throw away.. thanks pollo loco lovely way to start my weekend.
