Purchased my pans at one of the shows a few years back. Was promise a lifetime warranty. I called their head office. They are a SCAM!
Sales reps do not tell you about their 5 year prorated fee. There is no lifetime warranty. Now I have these pans that are useless to me. Spent over $1000.00

Bot this set today at the Pittsburgh RV show and took them home to find out that the coating has already started coming off. What the he'll am I going to do now? I paid 1200 for this set with NO warranty!!!!!
