This place is simply evil, "palais du mal". If you are not French, married to a French or at least friend of a French, you cannot live there. The board there is self-acclaimed clique. The whole neighborhood of St. Pierre Street hates this place for almost 32 years. Conflicts between residents are common. Absolute nepotism and gossip is integral part of the culture there. Several lawsuits, involving this place, happened over the years of its existence. Relations between St. Norbert parish and the board of this co-op are very bad.
