The staff here is always friendly. Ask how my day is going, if the set up is good or is there any pain. The process they use is quick compared to others I have dealt with in the past. They keep the building clean and in order. Highly recommend this place. I've referred 4 of my friends here.

I had an amazing experience at Griffo’s Plasma Center! I especially want to give a huge shoutout to KD, the phlebotomist. KD is truly outstanding! From the moment I arrived, she was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire donation process.
KD’s communication with patients is exceptional. She explained everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and treated everyone with genuine kindness and respect. Her positive attitude and welcoming personality turned what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasant one.
It’s rare to find someone who combines such a high level of skill with outstanding customer service. KD is a tremendous asset to Griffo’s Plasma Center, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Thank you, KD, for making my visit such a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The employees are very good at making me feel comfortable. Today Summer took care of me. When she inserted the IV needle I didn’t even feel a pinch. I am older so my thin skin bruises easier so the having the IV needle inserted easily and gently is important to me.
