Two days ago, after waiting 30 minutes for my size, we were simply told, “It’s up to you.” We ended up going to Crystals to complete the purchase, where the staff was excellent. When we returned to pick it up, the service here was even worse than before. Overall, a very disappointing experience

Same experience with the lady who gave it one star. Bought a purse and it was damaged inside. Had to up to CEO level to get heard and still waiting. They do not like to give your money back if something is wrong with the item. And on top of it I bought bag they packed it, I unpacked it in two days upon arrival home and manager suggests to me that based on the pictures it looks like wear and tear!!!! Can you believe this? It got worn and torn inside the package! Unbelievable.

An amazing store! My absolute favorite brand. Sometimes with these boutiques they only carry limited items, frequently carrying little if any menswear. This store had a full line of men's and women's items, including some great sale items! Mindy was so nice and helpful and even brought out the most gorgeous coat I had ever seen - which they only had one of - from the back room because she thought I'd like it. I cannot recommend this store highly enough, especially Mindy.
(Oh, and that coat? It was love at first sight and I absolutely had to get it.)

I bought a lot of stuff there and also ordered the sizes that were not at the store at the moment of when I was shopping. So, when the clothes arrived they still had the security tug on them, and some dresses had wholes and stretches, obviously the sales people did not take any care to check my clothes that I prepaid fully for before shipping it to me. But this is not all.. I have shipped back all the clothes that was damaged, and still did not get my refund. I have texted the sales person like 20 times!! and he says he will send me the refund notification, still have not gotten it!! It has been over a month! Very disappointed! I love this brand, but i will not shop at that particular store, people there just do not care at all about customers!
