I had previously had a good experience with Mr. Eldon. However on my recommendation I sent a family member to see him and was disappointed. When we voiced our concerns he became very defensive and insulting . I've never had such a difficult time communicating with anyone in my life. He is not a good listener. Only wants to hear himself speak. I've only ever had good experiences with people who are in the profession of healing. He shows no compassion or empathy, and I'm very shocked and disappointed by his behaviour. I found his words to be so shocking and hurtful towards my family. I am truly saddened by our experience.
