We recently bought carpet from End of the Roll and had them install it. David was great at explaining things and answering our questions beforehand and they did a great job. Would recommend.

Picture #1- May 1st 2026 me and my dad visit the Abbotsford location and pick up 120 sq ft of vinyl roll for 1.80 a sq ft

Picture #2 may 20th 2026 we enter the building and staff member David Petipas is unable to locate the price of that same piece of vinyl roll. He rings up 84 sq ft at 2.99 a sq ft. I tell David I swore it was less money maybe 2.49 and David says they don't even carry slate vinyl roll for for 2.49
David says to go home and check for a receipt and we can email the receipt to him but we would have to come in store to get a refund anyways . So we go home and check the receipt and notice a $1.19 per square foot difference that we were charged. We drove back to end of the role in Abbotsford for the second time in one day totaling at least an hour and a half and driving. We talked to David about getting the refund, he tells us the machine is ready and we look down to see it's a $33 refund, I pull out my calculator on my phone and ask David how many square feet it was and what the price was and he didn't answer so I said myself 84 ft at $1.80 a square foot is that correct? And he didn't answer again . He then says oh I got it wrong press cancel on the machine then issued me $111.96 refund. But the thing is staff member David tells us we have to come back in person to get the refund but we never had to sign anything . Staff member David should have been able to take my visa number over the phone to issue a refund and send me the updated receipt via email. David seemed cold and wasn't apologetic to any degree . Even after providing David with the SKU and previous paperwork he was unable to produce a calculated transaction. The 33$ refund turning into almost 112$ when I decide to pull out my calculator . I told David I was going to drive a long distance so he assured he the roll would be wrapped well. See attached photos of my papers aswell as how my vinyl roll was protected , they must've used about 20 inches of 2 inch plastic wrap .Shady buisness practices and a waste of my day . Not going here again.
