I've been working with PG long since they opened up show in Southern Oregon. Mario and the team have provided consistently great service and quality flooring installations for years. We recently had a warranty issue come up and they jumped on it without hesitation. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a loyal customer of PG Long for over 10 years, working with their fantastic team across the state. The Medford crew is particularly outstanding—they are quick, efficient, and deliver exceptional results every time. Their customer service is second to none; they make you feel valued and genuinely cared for, going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. PG Long has set the standard for quality and service in my book, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We routinely use Pg Long for all of our flooring needs. I am so happy with our decision to use them as our supplier. The quality is outstanding, and the staff have exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for carpet, vinyl or plank flooring.

I am a new buisness owner and my property management decided to go w Rueben and his crew Jonathan and Caleb. I am so unbelievably happy with the overall experience and highly recommend them for any flooring need. Rueben was amazing to work with, super friendly knowledgeable and did everything in his power to make things work for all parties involved!! Jonathan and Caleb did a beautiful and professional job with the installation and cleanup! They left it like no one had been doing construction in there for 2 days!! I am so thankful that I was steered in Rueben's direction and will always keep him in mind for any future job or recommendations 🙏
