Antonio Jackson was our installer today and did a fantastic job with installing the sensors and devices that we purchased as well as teaching us how to use the physical system as well as the app. He was fantastic to talk with and was very helpful in answering our questions and providing suggestions on products to add to make the house safer for myself, my wife, and our kids.

To be honest, since we started with Vector several years ago, I was losing confidence in them for various reasons. We previously had Antonio, who was amazing, but then we recently had another issue surface. Today Stephen M., came and restored my faith.
