My wife and I found Atwell through a friend’s referral, and we had an amazing experience for both us and our baby. From the beginning, we received thoughtful guidance and practical support as we started this new journey into parenthood. They offered a free ultrasound, which helped us check on our baby’s development, estimate how far along we were, and connect more deeply with the process.

The team also provided emotional support and practical help, all delivered with warmth and genuine care. We are deeply grateful for their compassionate service and for the way they support women and couples during such an important time. Thank you for everything you do. We’ve already scheduled a follow-up and are happy to return for more guidance as we continue our pregnancy journey.

Worsened my trauma during an already difficult time. And INACCURATE INFO.

Came for an ultrasound (was told that I would be able to come in for one), got asked a bunch of invasive questions, took a pregnancy test and when it came back I asked if I could do the ultrasound now and the lady said “Yeah I guess.” implying that I wasn’t in a position to receive one but that they’d “ do it anyway. “, despite the entire reason I booked the appointment was for the ultrasound, and I was told that I would be able to get one done on the phone.

You think you’re going in for genuine maternity care, and get a weird 1-1 religious seminar, focused on manipulating you into changing your mind.

after finding out that this was indeed a church ran organization peddling pro-life ideals, all with 0 legitimate medical representatives; i went to the Hamilton womens clinic ( please consider going there if you are vulnerable and in need of help, going to atwell you will be talked down upon for wanting to terminate ) which was 100000000% better. They treated me with dignity and respect, and had no ulterior motives; unlike how i was treated at atwell centre.

Finally to cap it all off, the atwell centre told Me I was 7 weeks at ultrasound, and when I had booked my Hamilton womens clinic appointment two weeks later, and got an ultrasound from a real medical professional, they told me that, no, I was currently 7 weeks at that time, meaning the atwell centre was incorrect by 2 weeks, and I was actually only 5 weeks when they ultrasounded me. So take away;

1) this is not a genuine medical facility

2) they have a religious, anti-choice agenda, and are NOT a safe place to go to if you’re considering a termination. They will talk down to you in a sly and condescending way, and attempt to guilt you into a pro-life direction.

3) despite being told you are eligible for an ultrasound, you run the risk of not even getting one.

4) if you get an ultrasound you should still seek a second opinion because they are clearly not knowledgeable on fetus development enough to properly estimate the proper date of arrival. You will most likely receive inaccurate information.

If you are in a vulnerable position and seeking legitimate medical assistance or guidance, especially if you’re considering a termination: DO NOT GO TO ATWELL CENTRE for the sake of your own mental health during this difficult time. This not a safe place. This is a thinly veiled attempt to shill religion and shame women and AFABs for their decision.

I repeat DO NOT GO TO ATWELL CENTRE.

Just finished up an appointment at the new location and all I can say is wow.

The ladies here are truly Heaven sent & the atmosphere is beautiful, welcoming & happy.

The appointment itself went better than I could ever imagine. It was super smooth, easy and honestly one of the best & most comfortable medical appointments I have ever been to. It went above & beyond and I can never express how thankful I am for the amazing woman that has helped me today.

The faiths & values are absolutely unmatched and I can not recommend this clinic enough.

If you truly want to feel like a human being, please consider giving them a call or booking an appointment. I can not express enough how amazing they truly are.

Thank you so much for everything today.

Fantastic Centre! Wonderful atmosphere of genuine care and support and knowledgeable staff. Absolutely non-judgemental. They were easy to contact and hear back from, followed up right away, very organized in the care that they have delivered. I felt so safe here, very clean environment.
They encouraged, guided and listened to me every step of the way.
They also prayed with me, which meant the world to me - I am grateful.
I was never asked to pay anything, instead I was offered free clothing from their boutique.
I have recommended Atwell Centre to a number of expectant moms. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Atwell!

I came here to support a friend. I must say they have very safe covid protocols in place. The staff are extremely patient, friendly and very welcoming. Josiah & Jocelyn were so compassionate and kind. Jo is very knowledgeable and made sure we understood all available options and procedures.

The support that they provided us was immensely appreciated. The clinic is very clean. Thank you Atwell Staff for your kindness and services.
