The doctor was very nice, but unfortunately the overall experience with the Mobile office was frustrating. My appointment was about a month ago, and I was sent home with “trial” contacts to see which fit best, although the trials I received were all the same - called no, no call back - Since then, I’ve simply been trying to get a price with my insurance and BUY contacts.

I’ve called multiple times, left messages, and even contacted the Foley office trying to reach someone in Mobile, but still haven’t received a return call or a price. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming the morning of my appointment, and the employee handling contacts arrived late and was on her phone when I was eventually sent to her area. The doctor herself was pleasant, but after a month of trying just to purchase contacts with no follow-up, I unfortunately cannot recommend the Mobile office.

You don’t change or cancel an appointment in the 11 hour. Dr. Glusman is top notch but your group is not worthy of his name. Sorry Doc but I’ll stick to your old team in mobile. Not a good first impression but definitely a lasting one. Good luck.

Secretary very professional, polite and proficient. Environment/waiting room felt unclean and crowded. Physician and staff very polite and informative. Dr. Zloty was professional and informative about a new diagnosis. I felt he had plenty of time for my questions.

I was pleasantly surprised to meet a doctor that still finds value in talking to their patients. It felt like I was sitting in a room with a trusted friend! His advise/counsel gave me tremendous relief. One in a million for sure.

Everyone that I had contact with yesterday was extremely very well mannered and concerned about anything that I’ve talked about they made me feel comfortable and doctor Zloty is a man I will definitely recommend all of my friends and family to use! I am looking forward to my next trip down there next Friday after I have cataract removed next Thursday! Very good experience! Thank you
