Yesterday, I contacted them about my cooktop that was not igniting, and they were able to schedule an appointment for me on the same day. One hour later, the technician arrived after calling them and immediately diagnosed the problem. He is very expert and attentive, and he only took an hour to fix my appliance, which I appreciated.
