Muskuloskeletal injury is mechanical in nature meaning that physical forces act on joints and muscles causing them to become compromised. Therefore you must put your hands on the patient and apply skilled structural assessment and treatment to truly resolve the structural problems such as joint restriction, and abnormal muscle tone.
