Ray is ALWAYS available to help. Great attitude and customer skills. He always waiting to take my fooor mats before I even have them out of the car! He is the reason I choose Tommy’s over other unlimited wash car business. Great employee

University Avenue location is 5 star. Ray is always so helpful. He will even clean my mats for me if time permits. I have never had a car wash employee go so far above what he is probably expected to do. Fantastic work Ray. He is a main reason I keep coming back!

The staff at this business has ALWAYS been great and friendly! Ray was extremely helpful in suggestions to prevent bug residue from sticking on our grill and front bumper as well as our side rearview mirrors! Another time visiting here, Ray noticed a screw in one of our tires and made me aware of it and where to go to get it fixed at a reliable tire store that provided very friendly service and reasonable rates! Ray was and is FANTASTIC!!!! This is a great car wash!!!!!

This morning I met Ray. He greeted me immediately, which made me feel seen. He kindly offered to clean my mats, which I allowed him to do. Ray had them looking brand new, fresh and clean. His red carpet, top tier hospitality and customer service made my experience grand! I encourage everyone to go meet Ray and allow him to serve you with excellence. Thank you Ray! I appreciate you!

I love the experience there, I recieved amazing service from Ray. He was very kind and didnt have a problem approaching me after going through the car wash. He noticed my tires were not touched even after going through the wash and offered to grab a bottle of tire gloss so they would look better. I absolutely appreciate everything he did!
