I’ve have gone here a couple times and it has never been a good experience. I went in one time for a special haircut and the student that was supposed to be doing my haircut asked the instructor to help because she wasn’t sure about how to do it. Instead of helping the student she belittled her and told another to do the haircut instead. It felt as like the instructor didn’t know how to do the kind of haircut that I wanted and gave it to a student that did. I felt so bad for the student they are there to learn not get a client taken away from them because they are unsure about a specialty haircut. That’s just my experience but I have heard so many bad things about the school. I would not recommend this place to anyone clients or students.

I am a current student at this campus, and I cannot put into words how amazing this school is! The staff is absolutely amazing, and the teachers actually care about you and your future in the industry. I just know this is exactly where I am supposed to be, I am truly blessed to have met some of the best people here students and teachers. I would recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a great cosmetology program!

I have so many great things I have to say about this place . To give a little bit of my background I’m a single black mother raising my son. I maintained a job at night my first 3 months of school until I couldn’t no more . I also did other things like door dash or give plasma to maintain bills.Trying to be the best Mother and student was not the easy some days I forget to do one or the other ! My first day of meeting my teacher who is now the Director I was super nervous ! I was still deciding if I should even start school at this time . I was dealing with abusive partner at the time and was really stressing how I was make ends meet ! But God ! With his grace and mercy carried me all the way through my 9 month journey in medical assistant school. Genesis in the bible means the beginning. Beginning of a new life , new finances , new career ,new paths which I believe all can break generational curses. So Begin today and choose a program that fit you best . From Admin to the teachers everyone is willing to help you succeed. And when those hard days come mama just know your not alone and someone has already pave the way for you you just gotta be willing to start ! Love you Genesis Alumni Keyauna signing out !

The cosmetology school does the dumbest things. They close to the public whenever they feel like it. Today is the 5th time this year that it has happened to me. I drive about 45 minutes to find it closed. How is this helping students? Don't they need live models to work on? Today they probably lost my business forever. I support about 7 schools in the area and absolutely none ever just close for the day. Today it was for "Graduation". Last week I was at another school and they had two students graduate all the while taking clients. They included us in the graduation (which was only 20 minutes). They had cupcakes, punch and doughnuts for everyone including the clients. Well Genisis, I enjoyed coming there and supporting the students (because I'm a former cosmetologist) but after coming out on 5 different occasions and finding you closed you'll probably not see me anymore. BTW I was coming out two days ago and you were closed and I checked yesterday and was told you were taking clients today but when I got here today someone decided that you weren't taking clients. That's just dumb!

I just want to say Genisis Lebanon was so inviting to me and my clients at Bradford Health Services. They gave us all a free wash, blow out, and style and the ladies absolutely loved it! Tracy , the director was nothing short of amazing! We look forward to doing business in the future!!
