I would not recommend leasing at Nexus. We were lied to about certain parts of our lease in order to get us to sign, and our overall experience has been nothing but frustration. For the money you would spend here you’re better off at literally any other apartment complex in the area. The lack of integrity has been particularly evident here among other issues. Wish this wasn’t the case because the units themselves are nice but management can make or break your experience easily.

I’ve been living here since April 2026, and my experience has been amazing from day one. Starting with the tour, Emma made me feel welcome and confident that this would be the right place. After several months, I can honestly say I love living here.

The community is peaceful and quiet, the maintenance team is always responsive, and whenever there’s an issue, they genuinely care about resolving it and making sure residents are comfortable. That level of care really makes a difference.

The only small downside is parking. If you arrive late at night, it can be harder to find a spot close to your building. However, I’ve always been able to find parking, even if it’s a short walk away.

Overall, I absolutely love this place and would definitely recommend it! ❤️

My experience with Nexus of Noblesville has been so amazing and streamlined. Amanda in the leasing office and Joe with maintenance deserve a special shout out. The apartment was spotless, high end. The amenities are boundless. The herb wall was a nice surprise. I’ve loved the experience so far.

The facilities are great, and everything is well managed and maintained.

My only peeve is the parking. If I am a paying resident and I don’t get back home by 6:30pm or so, I can’t promise I’ll be able to park in the complex or be forced to shimmy to the gas station or building next door. There are also not many handicapped spots as someone who has visitors that utilize those.

AC unit drain caused unit to shut off…quick excellent service on this one. same day (Monday).

Hot water heater needed thermostat reset…not sure of how this condition came up but nice work fixing it once the tech arrived.
As a note…The ticket was issued on a weekend and service was provided on Monday. Wish it could have been same day service with no hot water but overall satisfied. Thank you.
