Definitely would not recommend them they charge $195 to give you a quote for a repair if you go with them they deduct it and then the quote came in twice as much as 2 other companies.

Responsive and knowledgeable rep; overall cost on par with other companies for the neighborhood. Our shingles and flat roof were done quickly and on schedule; and minimal mess remained, very clean job.

Very disappointing experience. The staff immediately called Ajax parking enforcement within minutes, which resulted in a ticket. Not happy with how the situation was handled and would not recommend.

As President of the Board of Directors, we appointed Chouinard Bros to replace the Roofing Shingles at our Condominium Corporation which consists of 80 Townhouses . Chouinard Bros carried out the works in a professional manner and they were diligent in phasing out the roofing works so that Unit Owners didn’t experience any disruption. The standard of Workmanship was excellent and the crews on site were extremely cooperative and well experienced. The Board of Directors were very pleased with Chouinard Bros and we strongly recommend other Clients & Condominium Corporations to engage Chouinard Bros and utilize their professional services for Roofing Works , Eaves & Downpipes.

We recently hired Chouinard for a full roof replacement. Chevy visited us to provide a quote. He was knowledgeable and brought decent sized samples to choose from. The work began during the week we had mutually-agreed to. The subcontracted crew led by Elmer was amazing. They arrived bright and early and had almost the entire job wrapped early that evening. They worked through cold and windy weather but didn't miss a beat. Not only were they efficient, they were professional and communicated with us throughout the day. An amazing effort was made to protect our gardens and property and the detail paid to clean up was unbelievable! They had tarped the area adjacent to the house and once the tarps were cleaned up, they went back first with a magnet and then with a blower - not a single piece of debris remained! The crew returned the next day to finish the flashing on the chimney. Chevy then conducted a thorough quality control check; he provided us a detailed email including photos. Donna in the office was also a pleasure to work with. In the end, we were completely satisfied. Great customer service, and quality workmanship. We replaced our plywood, installed better vents, and all new shingles. We also had insulation blown into the attic. Thanks Chouinard!

We recently had our roof replaced by Chouinard Bros. and were very pleased with the process from start to finish. From the time we made our initial phone call for an estimate everything was handled very professionally and efficiently. Our contact person Chevy was very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable answering all our questions and giving us great advice on a colour choice. His estimate was very detailed and well-explained. Once we agreed to go ahead Donna the office contact person was very efficient and helpful. The roofing crew came right on time. Their work was excellent and their cleanup job was just amazing. We appreciated Chevy and Shaun’s follow-up visits and final inspections. We could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend the Chouinard Bros. for your roofing needs!
