Instructions state one hour to assemple, we took 5.5 hours.
Four wood pieces did not have part # on them wasting time.
Also spent 1 hour searching hardware stores for part as Choi would only mail part, even though there was a mail strike.
Required a 200 pound man to sit on end of warped desk top to secure bolts.
Poor product with poor service equals very unhappy customer.
