Changing my review from 5 stars to 1 stars. They had a problem with fulfilling my DoorDash order, and the store told me that order was picked up when it actually wasn’t, maybe by a random thief but that doesn’t have anything to do with me or DoorDash. I suggest you look at your security footage if you have cameras to prevent this from happening to future customers and file police reports against the thief. Also ensure that the pickup person is a real Doordasher and that they show you the exact order they are picking up. The lady I talked to on the phone was rude and had an attitude from the start of the issue when I first called asking why my order was so late.

She tried saying the order had already been picked up but my driver waited like 20 minutes before leaving then the app kept switching to new drivers that had their time wasted driving to the store with no order to pickup. Not my problem if you have random strangers coming in stealing pickup orders or whatever the issue was/is, but it wasn’t picked up by an official DoorDash driver, if it was they should be reported to police and to DoorDash and get fired for theft.

She told me I could come pick the order up myself if I wanted the food remade and that was about 30 minutes after it was supposed to have already been delivered to me, and since I had already paid delivery fees, there was literally no reason for me to do that. She tried to saying she was offering good customer service by offering that… She could have remade the food and given it to any of the 3 drivers that were auto reassigned for the order pickup. THAT would have been good customer service. I think you may have a serial thief that is stealing pick up orders and then your employees are blaming DoorDash and the customer. If there is an issue just remake the food and fulfill the order… Figure out what’s going wrong on your side after.

That’s what I would do if I was the owner or manager. I wouldn’t be rude and argue with the customer on the phone about whether the order was picked up when the customer is literally telling me the order status shows that it’s still waiting for pickup... It’s the first time I’ve ever had any kind of issue like this using an ordering service in like 6 years of using them. I will do a chargeback or claim through DoorDash to get my money back. Not ordering from here again.

Fantastic place for breakfast! The portions are huge! Arrived from out of town and had breakfast with our family. Everyone was super satisfied and happy with the meal. Coffee's pretty good too. The bear claw is huge and super tasty.

The service left a lot to be desired. As I sat down, Suzette asked if I was ready to order. I had just been handed the menu. Either way, I ordered Bob's Big Bear burger with bacon. Absolutely delicious. The fries were crisp. I sat and enjoyed my meal watching a TV show. All of a sudden, she popped out of nowhere with the pay machine in her hand, not asking if I was done or if I'd like dessert. (I was going to get pie.) So, come here for the food, not the service.

I went with my husband for dinner, and it was such a nice surprise to find they had a special: a 6oz steak and eggs plate for only $13. The salmon plate was delicious as well. The portions were generous, the food tasted great, the environment was clean, and the service was awesome. Don’t forget to try the banana pie for dessert at the end 👍
