Had Profile Roofing in August 2022 the slant back roof vents are only exposed half the way. For the last two years(winters) I have had leaking into my home . Tried to call Arbnor Brahimi or his wife and no response. Not even sure if in business. Not much I can do as I never got the receipt as he was in a hurry to attend a game for his daughter said he would bring it too me, just like he said he would leave asphalt shingles and put my heating coil in place. none of this done .I guess I am too trusting or a fool. I would not hire this company. ......After posting this review Arbnor should up at my door. Explained where the roof was leaking and he replaced the flashing and added blue skin under siding....as well as fixing a hole near my garage as well as fixing the roof vents at the garage. I hope that this fixes the issue but will not know till winter. Thank-you for coming back

They did an entire roof replacement, including eaves and soffits for my house in 2022. The work was efficient and they were done same day. Now just under four years later and my roof is leaking in the same spot that it leaked prior to the roof replacement, despite advising them of the issue pre-renovation in order to avoid it happening ever again. Now I have phoned them and sent no fewer than four emails and they have not responded to me to discuss. At this point, I cannot recommend their services as it would appear that they do not standby their work.

I don't have a good experience with Profile Roofing, they made a lot of promises but not everything was fulfilled, I never received the GAF certificate as they promised. Some of the work was done with a very low quality finish. They installed GAF Master Flow 60 sq.m. on the roof. incl. NFA but they are installed not in accordance with the holes - cut out on the roof, the vant is not in the center of the cutout, 2/3 out of the center, ventilation is reduced drastically. Arbnor, Elinda, and the rest of the Profile Roofing Team just completed my roof replacement. The work methodology was thoroughly explained when preparing the estimate and the pricing was very reasonable. The work was completed in one day and the site cleaned before leaving. We are very happy with the job that Profile roofing did for us. Arbnor inspected our roof and gave us a very thorough and honest breakdown of what needed to be done and how long it would take before they would be able to do the work. True to his word, Arbnor and his crew were at our house less than 2 weeks later. Those guys worked hard and did an amazing job. They were polite, respectful, and efficient. Arbnor took the time to review and explain exactly what they did. He made sure we were informed and happy. Not only was the work done right but their pricing is very competitive. Thank you so much guys, we appreciate what you did for us. We highly recommend profile roofing.
