I used Home Pro for an inspection, huge structural issues from roof to foundation
No problems mention in Inspection Report
Have had Regional Building Inspectors in to look as well as a Structural Engineer recently
Obvious inadequate roof trusses,sagging beams, foundation issues, mold in attic ,ect.
Estimate well over $50,000 in repairs needed
