I’ve used Scotia Metal Products for many projects over the years. On my most recent order, there was a trim piece that unfortunately got bent incorrectly. I called them to let them know. Within 10 minutes of arriving with the incorrect piece they had me back on the road with the proper piece. That’s fantastic customer service!! Thanks Scotia Metal Products and all your great employees.

Fabulous team offering excellent metal roof options! I drove all the way there, and it happened to be quite windy, so they weren't able to get my metal roof sheets at first — it’s understandably dangerous to handle them in strong winds. But just by chance, the wind died down, and a VERY kind staff member quickly got my sheets ready.

I’d recommend calling ahead before you go, just to make sure the wind isn’t an issue that day.

Despite my order being small I was treated very well. The customer service was good from start. I ordered over the phone and my roof was perfectly cut and excellent quality. I'm very happy and will use them again on my next project.

Staff were excellent to deal with. They promptly provided a quote as well as delivery timeline. They provided excellent insight into how to install the metal roof and they had multiple small samples on site to illustrate how metal roofs are installed in different configurations of roofs. I highly recommend this business
