Adam and his team installed my beautiful Standing-Seam Metal Roof, mid-March 2026... within 2 days! I have lived at my property for almost 20 years and knew it was time to take off the (very ugly) asphalt shingles! The Team communicated with me through the entire process and were excellent in putting ALL my fears to rest! I was so happy to be able to hire this close-to-home, local group; who, by-the-way, have an excellent reputation!! As you can see by my photo (below) ~ the roof really compliments my rustic wood siding and should last through many generations! PRECISION EXTERIORS!! Yea, Baby!!

If you’re looking for a dependable roofing contractor in Wicomico County, Maryland, I highly recommend Precision Exteriors. I’ve personally used them for multiple projects, as well as referred them to my real estate clients and family members across the area.

They completed a full second-story addition in Mardela Springs, MD, installed a new roof in Hebron, MD, and have handled several roof replacements in Salisbury, MD for my clients. Every project has been handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Their team provides fast, high-quality roofing services, competitive pricing, and they are especially great at working with insurance companies on roof claims, which makes the process much easier for homeowners.

One thing that really stands out is their attention to detail—after every job, the cleanup is so thorough it’s like they were never even there.

If you need roof repair, roof replacement, or exterior contracting services in Salisbury, Hebron, Mardela Springs, or anywhere in Wicomico County, Precision Exteriors is a top choice. Highly recommend!

Chris and the Precision team have done an excellent job with our house. The roof, siding ,and wrap on everything looks great. The crews show up when scheduled and work very hard, with excellent attention to detail. Today, gutter crew is here, so no pictures of that. Chris is very involved in all processes, and is always fast to respond to any questions or concerns. We're happy we had them do all the work.
