Christian is amazing at flat roofing and anything on the exterior. He gives all of his energy and might and is amazing of what he does and in a reasonable time and cost and he is just phenomenal in what he does and I hope that you could definitely get him to do what you need to do for your home or a condo or any type of house that would need some exterior work.

I hired Bellisimo Contracting this year to complete a full removal and replacement of my flat roof balcony membrane and patio door, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the final results.

From start to finish, Christian and his team were exceptionally professional, capable, and detail-oriented. He took the time to clearly explain each step of the process and even allowed me to amend the work scope in the contract before starting to ensure everything was done exactly to my liking.

My experience with Bellissimo Roofing has been extremely disappointing and I feel compelled to share it as a cautionary note.

To begin with, a repair that was supposed to take three weeks ended up lasting almost two months. During the process, the company damaged water and internet connections, and never took responsibility for these issues.

Furthermore, their workers behaved in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner: they shouted, spat, and played loud music, which resulted in complaints from my neighbors. Even worse, they used my garden as if it were a bathroom.

In addition, Mr. Christian, one of their representatives, mocked me upon realizing that I am not the property owner, assuming I could not understand him. Such behavior is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

In my view, this company is a complete fraud. If anyone is considering hiring them, I strongly advise against it.
