We had an excellent experience with J & J with our two oriental rugs. They cleaned and repaired our rugs and they look fabulous. Also, the men who picked up the rugs and delivered them back were incredibly kind and incredibly helpful placing the rugs and moving our furniture in order to make sure the rugs were in the perfect spot. Highly recommend.

Wonderful, wonderful shopping experience that cannot be replicated! Buying a Persian rug is best to do in person so that you can see it from different angles and different lighting. It’s difficult to describe how much the shopping experience is elevated by the kind, dedicated, and knowledgeable people in this gallery. From browsing to purchasing, such an amazing experience! I’m a discerning shopper and they are truly masters of their craft. From the regions, designs, materials, colors, etc.-in an age where the word salesmanship has been maligned and relegated to obscurity, everyone at J&J make salesmanship an art form.

Shopping at J & J Rug Gallery is always a wonderful experience!
They offer an incredible selection of high-quality rugs, paired with professional, knowledgeable service and prompt delivery. I've been a loyal customer for over 22 years, and I truly couldn’t imagine a better place to shop for rugs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for both beauty and exceptional service!

We can't recommend J & J Oriental Rugs enough- not only are their rugs stunning and of exceptional quality, their customer service is above and beyond. Joshua, Joseph, Natalie, and the rest of their staff are incredibly helpful; they provide knowledgable and personal experience when browsing through their vast selection. Their showroom is very organized especially considering the amount of options; they were wonderful assisting us through layers and layers of beautiful rugs. The quality of their rugs speak for itself, but the family created such a wonderful buying experience that we are happy to return to purchase for the rest of our home.
