STAY AWAY 1000%
Intoxalock is the biggest racket i have ever seen. they will charge you left and right for things, and they have the absolute worse customer service I have experienced in a while. I am not one to write reviews, but this one deserves it.
I would highly recommend you go with SmartStart as a friend of mine went that route and was beyond satisfied. I thought saving a little money and going w Intoxalock was wise, but boy was i WRONG. Stay clear of this company unless you don' t mind being nickled and dimed. Getting them to schedule device removal was incredibly painful - they hung up on me 3 times and did not call back, so I had to jump through phone menus multiple times and re-explain everything over and over.
0/10 would recommend.

This was a truly great experience. I recommend them for any issues that you may have and they truly care to make your expectations met at all times. Thank you for being there for me in my time of need. You are truly appreciated!!!

Auto luxury in ridgeland Mississippi is the best location i have dealt with. They are quick and they make you feel comfortable. I wouldn't recommend any one other than them. Thank you for making a uncomfortable experience as comfortable as can be
