I hired them to insulate an attic with an air handling unit in it for air conditioning. They were to blow insulation in one side without the unit and put double batting in the other side with the unit. They couldn't do the whole job in one day so my wife had to take 2 days off work. They did the blown in insulation one day and were to come back the next day to do the batting. They called the morning they needed to do the batting and said they wouldn't be there until between 12-2pm. They then called near 3pm and said the truck broke down and they would reschedule with us. It took 2 phone calls from us to do the rescheduling. My wife had to take another day off work. They came back, went into the attic, came down and said it wasn't worth doing the job because of the pipes. They didn't want to take the time to securely wrap the insulation around the pipes. They were crass and indignant that we were just wasting our money. And it was pretty obvious with their attitude that if we insisted they would have done a crappy job. So we kicked them out. My recommendation: call Moore Insulation - they're accredited with the BBB and are much more professional.
