This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had while traveling.

I booked this property through Booking.com because it clearly advertised free parking. When we arrived, we were shocked to learn that we had to pay $48 per day, plus taxes, for parking. This was false advertising from the very beginning.

The problems didn’t stop there. The host had never authorized our check-in, and we only managed to resolve the issue after contacting them ourselves, since we never received any check-in instructions or emails.

To make matters worse, we were placed in a room that was not the one we booked. We paid for a room with a King bed but were given a Queen bed instead. The bathroom was damaged, and the air conditioning didn’t work.

After hours of frustration, they finally moved us to another room and promised to reimburse all of the parking charges because they acknowledged the mistake.

Then came the most disturbing part. My wife left an honest review on Booking.com describing exactly what happened during our stay. Shortly afterward, the property manager sent me a message through Booking.com stating that because of our review, they would no longer honor the promised parking refund.

This is nothing less than retaliation against a guest for leaving an honest review. Attempting to financially punish customers for sharing their real experience is unethical, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

I have all the messages proving that the refund was promised and later withheld solely because of our review. I sincerely hope Booking.com and future guests take this behavior seriously.

I strongly recommend staying somewhere else if you value honesty, integrity, and respectful treatment.

Such a gem. Love the decor. The pool on the roof is just simply incredible. Check in was super easy. They allowed for a late 3pm checkout. Everything is brand new. All the amenities you need. Loved my stay

One of the best residences in the area, centrally located around everything. Park your car and you don’t move for three days, or however long you’re here. Great restaurants, two blocks away from the Wynwood Walls, and amenities that are top notch. You can disappear into the art books around the residence for days. Highly recommend. Coming back when need to escape mediocrity.

Absolutely stunning building — beautifully designed and decorated with true Miami flair. It’s also very well managed, with friendly, attentive staff and management who make staying here a 5 star experience.

The amenities, including the pool and gym, are gorgeous, and the rooms are exceptionally well appointed.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Wynwood, just steps from some of the best restaurants, bars, and attractions the neighborhood has to offer. Casa Tua Cucina on the ground floor is fantastic for lunch, dinner, or even just drinks at the bar.

This is THE newest, hottest, and best building in Wynwood, and an excellent choice for an Airbnb stay.

Absolutely love this place and highly recommend it!
