We were on vacation in Milledgeville when my hubby broke his glasses. He needed glasses quickly. We had his optometrist email his prescription. Eyemart was suggested to us, so we made the 1.5 hour trip. It was well worth the time. Their staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They have a wide selection of frames and a wide variety of prices. My husband was able to get 2 new pairs of glasses with scratch protection in about 15 minutes. The total cost was $170. The place was somewhat busy but I know why, they are excellent. Even though they were busy, he was taken care of quickly. I highly recommend this place. Have a lovely day😊

The absolute best experience buying glasses I've ever had. They were busy when I got there, and still managed to get me taken care of in less than 20 minutes. It took them 35 minutes after that to make both of my pairs of glasses. Plus, the deals they have on frames and lenses is next to none. I'll be bringing my whole family and recommend them to all my friends. If you're looking to get glasses, this is the place to go.

I had a scheduled appointment and this was my first visit. The girls in the front were over 10 minutes late, so I didn’t get checked in until late. When they finally came to the window, there was no sense of urgency even though several people were waiting. Then after finally being checked in, I waited an hour just for them not to know how to do the insurance eligibility. They were clueless and clearly needed more training. Needless to say, I left after an hour of not being seen. Just a waste of time. I wont be back.

Incredible service! Both pair of glasses were made in less than 1 hour & Jasmine is awesome at answering questions & concerns! Been going there 8 years this year! Super pleased with the service!

One star was lost due to the amount of time waited with an appointment. Appointment time was 3. Was not called back until 4:40. Other than that the experience was excellent. Staff were friendly. And the dr was great at explaining. Received 2 pairs of glasses and both were ready for pickup 30 minutes after I left. Was able to use buy one get one free with insurance. Only place I know that offers the free pair with insurance. Again 5 stars if the wait wasn’t ridiculous with an appointment. If they are falling behind due to walk ins then they need to not accept the walk ins until all appointment are caught up.
