When I missed a payment on my insurance. Over a month later i received a letter saying I had so many days to pay up or they would cancel my insurance but when I called to make arrangements they had already cancelled my insurance the day after I missed payment - WITHOUT TELLING ME!
I explained to the woman over the phone that I had a letter saying I had so many days to pay from the receipt of the letter. She didn't care, and was extremely rude over the phone.
Needless to say I went to another provider, and guess what? I saved over $120/month for better coverage.
