Do not buy insurance here, dealt with them for 30 years without any claims and was treated by their new staff so poorly I was in shock. Right from the receptionist that couldn’t even remember or pronounce my name to the manager and broker that were the two rudest people I have ever dealt with at any business in 50 years. They refused to listen to what I was explaining to them, then tried to tell me my property was worth 4 times the insurance appraisal because I wanted to start a business , then tried to blacklist me across the insurance industry because they found out I was shopping around for better prices. I cancelled all my policies , went somewhere else and saved thousands. Disgusting people and experience.
