I go in there once a month give or take, and I am always met with polite and respectful service every time. If you're having a bad day. Latoya will surely brighten your day , she has the sweetest personality made me feel like family. I now intentionally go out of my way to do business at this specific branch.

I just came in today to pay on a loan for the first time. Everyone said its a lot more complicated and hard but Latoya the cashier helped me so much today find every way to make it easier for me. There was a man in front of me that was having a bad day but she helped him with the most customer service expertise I have seen in a while. Even though she showed me how to use the mobile app to do everything by my self I might come back in just to see her.

They got rid of the window tellers and now everyone has to go to the atm. I’m not sure why but other banks aren’t doing this which is what the tellers inside told me. We shouldn’t be 4 cars deep for the atm.
