In the afternoon, my mother was at a Walgreen's in Loveland and when she came out her car would not start. I was in Estes Park. I looked up a repair shop for Subaru and found Pillar Automotive.
The owner immediately ordered a tow truck to pick up her car to diagnose what was wrong. It was a dead battery. Pillar Automotive replaced the battery and we picked up the next morning.
They were great!!

Great service. I'd highly recommend.
Was able to get me in, found the problem quickly and had it fixed in a few hours.
The mechanic went out of his way to help us.
Also Matt who arranged the service was also fantastic.

Thank you Pillar Automotive

I found this place by looking up shops in the area that have good prices and don't try to upsell. Matt was super nice and gave an estimate ahead of time. I brought in my Subaru Outback for new brake pads and rotors, front and rear differential fluid, and transmission fluid. The pricing is really competitive- beat all other shops in the area by over $500. He got me in quickly and did a complementary lyft home and back when the car was done- which was really nice- definitely went the extra mile. The mechanic was very nice when I dropped off the car, transparent with what was needed- even sent pictures and described his assessment, and quick with the work. The price I was quoted didn't go up, I paid what I expected to. I would definitely go to them again. Matt also said they also do routine oil changes and are cheaper than the typical oil change chains so I will be back next time I need one.

I was referred from a friend and it was a great recommendation. Hands down an amazing experience. Matt and his team took in a job for me and it was done in a timely manner and with professionalism. I will definitely bring my service back. Highly recommend this shop to anyone reading this.

Matt and his team did excellent repairs of the strut assemblies and rear brakes and rotors on my 2005 Subaru Outback. I would recommend Pillar Automotive for quality work at a reasonable price.
