I have been going to this practice since I have been 18 years old. I am approaching 62. Recently, I have had a horrible experience and I do not recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for communication and a feeling that you are cared for. My previous doctor here, Dr. Alan Keiser took care of me and my family for all of the years in such a professional, caring manner but he retired 2 years ago. The other founding Dr. has retired also. Luckily, I am very healthy and do not need to go to the doctors often but I do go yearly for a physical and get my bloodwork done. I was referred by Dr. Keiser to use the NP there and that she was fabulous. He has never steered me wrong so I stayed there. I live 40 minutes away so getting there is not the easiest, but I stayed. This year has been horrible and as I detail the experience, no one there cares. I went for my annual exam in June, which is covered by my insurance at no cost, but I received a bill. I called the office directly and spoke to a woman in July who argued with me that it was not an annual exam but a follow up on another appointment. I tried to explain that I had not been there in a year, but she kept arguing with me but said she would put it to their attention but I would have to wait 30 BUSINESS DAYS for an answer! Nobody returned my call after 30 days, so I called back. This time I asked to speak to someone else other than the billing lady and was told on September 4th that it was being sent to someone called Michelle Woods and they could see how the billing occured and they could rebill it correctly. I called back on September 14th to ask the status of that bill. This time I asked to speak to the NP directly so that she could help fix this problem. This time I was told that the reason the billing was put through is I was 3 days early from another annual exam to be covered! Are you kidding me? Didn't the first call to the office to schedule this appointment check? I am not the one with the records on the screen that shows when I was there last year. I was told at this phone call that it would take the NP 72 hours to give me a call back. I told them that I deserved a phone call quicker than that and by then I would take this up the chain at Penn Medicine and write a review. It has been 5 days and no call. I feel my patience has been challenged and I even told them how many years I have been a patient there. 44 years and I do not deserve the professional courtesy from MY DOCTOR of a return call? Maybe Penn Medicine should stop asking who we sleep with, if we have guns in the house , and if we feel unsafe and take care of a patient's medical care. It is disgraceful that you are happy with a 3.8 review and I am guessing it will be lower after my review. If I could rate you a 0, I would. I had to choose 1 star. Dr. Keiser and Dr. Ginsburg would be very ashamed that the practice they built operates this way to their long term patients.

I’ve been going here since moving to the area close to a decade ago, and they’ve been nothing but stellar. At first I had issues with response times, but that hasn’t been an issue for years now. I actually talk to my Dr. rather than it being a get-in-get-out situation. He listens to what I say, and reacts accordingly, and get this… they actually follow up on issues you may be having? Some places give you a recco and forget you as soon as you leave. Not this place. I actually feel heard here, and that’s rare nowadays.

Just wanted to give this office praise for having great personalities and for getting things done prompt and with care. They actually are a doctor’s office that cares about the patient. This goes to the clerical, nurses, and doctors on staff. Awesome job!

Love My Dr. ❤️. Shei is attentive and seems to really care about your situation. My primary physician of 35 years had retired and I'm so glad to have found Dr. Kadish to replace her.

No complaints about the doctors or the staff here they are all excellent people however, you guys need to get rid of that answering service that you have the people are rude they ask you too many questions that's none of their business and they can't relay the fact that all I need is a call back from the office it is obviously more than they can handle if you need somebody extra to handle the phone calls, I am available.
