When trying to insure my car, I came in three times, and every time there were new documents required before they could complete the process. On the third visit after bringing up new requirements that were never mentioned before, the owner or manager of this place told me to take my business elsewhere and that he "hoped and prayed" that I never came back to his office.

If you want any level of decent service and expertise in this business, avoid this place like a plague.
