I love this storage unit. It's clean and dry, the staff is well informed. Everything was made so easy for me. They even had bubble wrap for sale. This storage unit was well priced too. I love that it's Canadian too, eh!

It was easy to rent a unit online, they called quickly to finalize everything, and i was able to gain access very easy. The units are dry and clean, doors move easy. i am very happy so far! I have no complaints. I would recommend this place.

The ABSOLUTE BEST storage location I have found! They give you a guaranteed rate for a year locked in, plus their units are super clean and very nice! The ease of their doors moving are sooo nice. Coming from someone that has rented a unit from 2 different places I have experience in the field of storage units I can say with ultimate experience that Best Storage deserves more than 5 stars for a rating. If it was possible I most certainly would give them a better rating. However since it starts with the people at the start, you won't get a more polite reception. Then you deal in person with the staff at the office and they are super nice and courteous as well. They walk you through the whole process even ensuring the gate code works for you! I can't praise these people enough because I suffer memory issues and they worked with me and my silly questions yet not once treated me like I was stupid. I am sure my questions were just that but they treated me like each question was very important to them and answered it thoroughly. I left happy and with a new storage unit ready for me to begin putting my precious belongings in whenever I was ready! They Bill "MONTHLY" not weekly and trust me that makes a world of difference!!! If you're lucky enough to get one of their units you won't give it up anytime soon!

Great price and location close to our new home in Union for storage of household items before our move. The 10' x 15' inside room holds a fully loaded 26' truck with room to spare.

The staff was very friendly and informative and made sure all was working before I received any codes and such, took me to different storages to show me the difference, spoke to me about best prices and even encouraged me to see the other storage places in town. I did and these guys had the best prices for what I was looking for.
