Intally I gave this lady a good review until I continued to do business with her. I made an appointment and due to my mother having EMERGENCY SURGERY I had to abruptly cancel my appointment. Unbeknowance to me I was charged even though I did reschedule due to something that was beyond my control. Because I was charged that initial time I was not allowed to attend the the session until I paid the 75$ missed session fee. I did not have 75$ to and I also thought because I reschedule instead of no show that I wouldn't be charged. However I was and again because of that was not permitted to gain acess to the vitural vitural I had rescheduled for ,then I was charged another 75$ missed session fee which for the life of me I don't understand but none the less I reached out to there business department where a representative did assure me she understood the situation and that the 150$ worth of fees would be waived. That did not happen! The provider stated that I needed to be held accountable for my actions which under other circumstances I would totally agree. I think it's really disheartening😢 to know that someone in which I entrusted my healing journey to really has no compassion or understanding that things happen in life that are sometimes out of our control. This is my first experience in therapy and my experience in its totality has been one I wouldn't wish on anyone at it has been extremely unsatisfactory ❣️

The staff was very helpful with getting my first appointment scheduled. They were all kind and patient with me. My therapist is excellent and I’m excited to meet with the psychiatrist as well!
